The V ZiiiP roof is a sheet of fabric that an electric motor unrolls and rolls back up on a belt in a roller tensioning system: the fabric is under constant tension, so it neither sags nor flaps. Want sun? The fabric retracts fully to the wall. Want shade? It covers the whole terrace. The pitch can be set across a wide range 10–45°, so you can get exactly the geometry you want for light and water run-off.
The fabrics come in two collections: Serge 1% and Serge 600. These are glass-fibre-reinforced PVC fabrics with a diagonal weave — dimensionally stable, fire resistant and available in many shades, from Bronze and Charcoal to Linen and Sandstone. Serge 1%, with an openness factor of 1 %, keeps the garden in view while cutting out heat and glare.
Just two posts and an aluminium frame: the pergola fits where a heavy structure would be too much. Maximum dimensions — width 5 m, projection 6 m, front edge height 2.4 m. Modular post bases let you join several sections into one long run of shade along the facade; the frame colour is chosen from the RAL palette.
